Who We Are

We are a property group based in the Balearic Islands and are market-leaders in the property development sector. We are managed on principles of quality and customer focus, are sensitive to the need for sustainable development and are committed to supporting cultural and sporting activities in our islands.

As a business we are keenly aware of the real needs of our community and work hard to operate in those areas of the market and in those locations where demand is highest; in this way we are able to deliver the answer to every dream. In ten years we have handed over the keys to more than 1,000 flats and 250 houses, with projects currently under way that account for nearly 1,000 homes.

We are committed to modernising our business park and will in the next few months be making available for rent more than 80,000 m2 of industrial units.

As an organisation we are convinced that the professionalism of our employees is the key to allowing us to adapt to the constantly changing demands of our community and our clients.

The Cabana Foundation was set up in 2003 by Vicenç Joan Grande Garau, -owner of the DRAC group-, with the aim of promoting culture in the world of arts and letters. Its mission is to act as a platform to promote unpublished writers in Spanish or Catalan from all over the world, using as a primary tool the www.yoescribo.com and www.joescric.com Internet portals.

Our sense of identification with the world of sport in the Balearic Islands, and our firm commitment to it, is clear in our support for sports such as basketball, cycling and football at beginner, amateur and professional level.
